Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct process characterization based on comprehensive studies relating to deposition conditions.
- Gain insights into the principles of Plasma-based deposition and its interaction with hardware (plasma power, pressure, etc.) through Design of Experiments (DOE) evaluations.
- Receive training in X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), X-ray Reflectivity (XRR), Ellipsometry, Nanoindentation fundamentals, and characterization analysis.
- Regularly monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) and work on enhancing process stability.
- Identify sensitive and key parameters and incorporate them into hardware startup protocols.
- Present key achievements in a large audience forum.
