We expect:A higher engineering/technical education.2-5 years of experience working with optical device assembly processes in clean rooms. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials (BOM). Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – able to identify root causes and apply data-driven solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate smoothly in an interdisciplinary team (engineering, production, quality department). Flexibility and adaptability to changes in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Initiative – proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and striving for continuous progress.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in the launch and production of new projects, ensuring manufacturability.
  • Implement and validate new product manufacturing processes.
  • Continuously strive to improve process efficiency while maintaining repeatability and high-quality standards.
  • Collect and analyze process data to propose informed solutions and initiate effective process improvements.
  • Investigate the root causes of defects and provide recommendations for preventive measures.
  • Collaborate actively with product engineers, maintenance engineers, quality assurance engineers, and production staff to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support in production, ensuring smooth process flow and prompt problem resolution.
  • Create and update work instructions, share knowledge with the production team, and promote best practices in daily operations.
  • Work in clean rooms that meet standard requirements.
