In this role, you will:
- Participate in the launch and production of new projects, ensuring manufacturability.
- Implement and validate new product manufacturing processes.
- Continuously strive to improve process efficiency while maintaining repeatability and high-quality standards.
- Collect and analyze process data to propose informed solutions and initiate effective process improvements.
- Investigate the root causes of defects and provide recommendations for preventive measures.
- Collaborate actively with product engineers, maintenance engineers, quality assurance engineers, and production staff to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support in production, ensuring smooth process flow and prompt problem resolution.
- Create and update work instructions, share knowledge with the production team, and promote best practices in daily operations.
- Work in clean rooms that meet standard requirements.
