What we expect from you:Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Through-Hole Technology (THT), or other electronics manufacturing and mechanical assembly processes. Background in process engineering. Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and calculating process capability. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM). Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – capable of identifying root causes and applying data-driven solutions. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-disciplinary team (engineering, production, quality). Flexibility and adaptability to change in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Proactive – able to identify improvement opportunities and pursue continuous progress.

Join our dynamic team at Teltonika as a Process Engineer in Vilnius, where we are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional. Our electronics assembly facilities in Vilnius and Molėtai not only manufacture devices developed by Teltonika but also offer product design and contract manufacturing services to other businesses, spanning from prototype development to mass production. We leverage advanced automation and robotics to transform complex ideas into finished products.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and ensure it aligns with established targets.
  • Implement and validate new product manufacturing processes (IQ, OQ, PQ).
  • Continuously strive to enhance process efficiency while maintaining repeatability and high-quality standards.
  • Collect and analyze process data to propose data-driven solutions and initiate effective process improvements.
  • Lead the integration of new technologies and ongoing improvement initiatives, reducing cycle times and optimizing manufacturing processes.
  • Investigate the root causes of defects and recommend preventive measures.
  • Collaborate closely with product engineers, maintenance engineers, quality assurance engineers, and production staff to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support in production, ensuring smooth process flow and rapid problem resolution.
  • Create and update work instructions, sharing knowledge with the production team and promoting best practices in daily operations.
