As part of this growth, the Manufacturing Innovation team is adding a Process Engineer in Vilnius. This role focuses on introducing new products and methods into production and supporting ongoing process improvements.

What you will do

Implement new plastic products, technologies, and methods in manufacturing
Analyze customer requests (RFQs) and evaluate technical feasibility
Improve, optimize, and automate production processes
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop preventive solutions
Prepare and update technical documentation
Work with production and other departments to develop new products and refine existing ones
