In this role, you will:

Analyze PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing technology;
Evaluate the technical capabilities of production equipment;
Design and enhance production processes, create documentation, and collaborate with various departments;
Implement processes into production;
Analyze process non-conformities, develop and coordinate preventive plans, and create problem-solving plans;
Monitor process metrics;
Test new materials and improve manufacturing methods;
Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers;
Contribute to initiatives aimed at quality improvement, increasing production capacity, reducing costs, and product enhancement.
