Required Technical Skills:Extensive experience in implementing S2P solutions in various cloud tools and ERP systems. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in procurement. In-depth understanding of procurement processes and spend management principles. Hands-on expertise in:Leading functional design workshops, including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis. Creating project documentation such as process flows, business process documents, configuration workbooks, and testing strategies. Conducting testing phases including SIT, UAT, and Regression. Integration with client ERPs is a plus. Behavioral Attributes:Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong client management experience with global cross-functional teams. Highly self-motivated with adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work with various P2P/CLM technologies after training. BI Strategy & Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI developers, data analysts, and data engineers.2. Data Architecture & Engineering:Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse and data marts.Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of the BI infrastructure (ETL/ELT processes, data models).3. Analytics & Development:Lead the creation of enterprise-level reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools.Collaborate with business leaders (in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify KPIs and analytical requirements.4. Operations & Project Management:Manage the BI project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.Ensure the BI environment meets SLAs for data refresh, availability, and performance.
