As the Analytics Lead, you will take ownership of data and analytics across the entire business unit, providing hands-on contributions in specific areas while guiding a team of analysts. Key Responsibilities

1. Own Analytics for the Book on Vio Domain

Serve as the analytics and data authority for Book on Vio (BoVio), facilitating informed decision-making across product, commercial, and operational dimensions.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers to shape OKRs, roadmaps, and priorities
Mentor and lead a small team of Product Analysts, providing regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
Analyze payment and fraud data, alongside innovative features like Deal Freeze and Split Booking
Work with the Finance team to maintain the integrity and consistency of financial data
Partner with the Customer Support team to assess performance and pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancements
Assist Product Managers in making informed commercial decisions involving partners such as payment service providers, fraud prevention tools, and dispute resolution services
