Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience in product design with a focus on consumer applications. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

The Design Team at Nuna

The design team shapes the character, tone, and visual quality of Nuna’s products. Designers here create experiences that feel intuitive and engaging. In this role, visualization skills and the ability to quickly iterate on ideas are essential, as is working closely with other teams to keep everyone aligned.

Product Designers at Nuna blend leadership and hands-on work to improve both design practices and the products themselves. This visible position involves frequent collaboration across functions and calls for empathy with patients’ healthcare and wellness experiences.

What You’ll Do

This role plays a key part in shaping and launching Nuna’s experiences for patients and providers. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing AI-first, consumer-focused applications and improving patient and provider interactions.
  • Defining clear, compelling experience designs that balance the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Championing user-centered design by using both quantitative and qualitative UX research, along with competitive analysis, to inform product decisions.
