What You Will Be DoingProduce high-fidelity designs that translate requirements from concept to deliverable. Develop blue sky design prototypes that guide our approach to customer experience solutions, utilizing both traditional tools (like Figma) and AI tools (such as Loveable, Codex, or Claude). Investigate solutions from various perspectives while keeping the customer journey in focus, creating user flows and journeys to illustrate your approach. Facilitate workshops to shape requirements that align with business goals and customer needs. Conduct primary research, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to deepen our understanding of our customers. Utilize Contentful's open-source design system, Forma 36, to maintain consistency across product interfaces. Engage in peer mentorship opportunities, including design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions, to foster personal growth and elevate our quality standards. Participate in daily agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with engineering and product management teams. Contribute to team goal-setting and ensure that delivery efforts align with business strategy. Act as an advocate for customer needs, particularly those of our developer customers, through your design work and team discussions.
