Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial production launch through stabilization to mass production.
- Ensure product manufacturability while adhering to cost, timing, and quality standards.
- Act as a pivotal liaison between various departments and clients, resolving production issues and fostering effective collaboration.
- Increase mass production efficiency by implementing innovative changes to products and processes.
- Maintain and update production documentation to facilitate seamless production operations.
- Investigate and implement production innovations to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve collective success.
