Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Growth Marketer, you will lead the charge in establishing a comprehensive product growth strategy. Your expertise in product intuition, analytical reasoning, and engaging storytelling will be crucial. You will take ownership of the growth engine’s end-to-end process by identifying opportunities, testing various channels and messaging, shaping compelling narratives, and constructing scalable growth loops.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will define the drivers of sustainable growth and iterate based on real-world performance. This role demands a deep understanding of creating products and experiences that users value and want to advocate for. Your focus will be on developing systems that convert users into advocates and foster long-term engagement.

Expected Outcomes:
Zero-to-One Growth Engine: Develop and scale the inbound growth system, incorporating product-led growth, brand building, content creation, partnerships, community engagement, and referral programs.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate user insights into product enhancements that improve user journeys and engagement.
Growth Loop Development: Create and implement scalable growth loops that turn users into advocates, facilitating repeatable acquisition and retention strategies.
