We are seeking a dynamic C2 Education & Content Specialist to transform how operators engage with our command and control platform. This is an immersive, hands-on role for an individual who can distill complex, real-world system behaviors into straightforward, engaging training experiences. Responsibilities will range from crafting quick start guides and operator manuals to developing scenario-based tutorials and demo narratives. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and flight operators, observing system applications in live settings and translating those insights into content that is both technically precise and readily applicable in the field. This role sits at the intersection of product development, training, and narrative creation. Your ability to empathize with operators and communicate with clarity will significantly influence how our system is learned, implemented, and trusted.
