We are in search of a passionate Product Lead - Partnerships & Distribution who is eager to discover innovative pathways for local businesses to engage with Homebase.
In our context, Distribution encompasses the strategies through which our product reaches customers on a large scale, including:
Integrated partnerships within the SMB SaaS ecosystem
Enhancing the functionality and accessibility of our public APIs
Customizing Homebase to unlock new customer segments
In this pivotal role, you will work at the crossroads of Product, Business Development, and Partnerships. You will be instrumental in shaping our channel strategy, strengthening partner and franchise relationships, and transforming opportunities into sustainable, exponential growth.

Your Contributions and Impact in this Role:
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers responsible for driving the necessary product investments to implement and expand our distribution strategy across partners, APIs, and franchises.
Own the distribution strategy across embedded partners, APIs, and franchises, defining our competitive landscape, strategies for success, and prioritizing opportunities for the next 12-24 months.
Cultivate key partner and franchise relationships, engaging in executive discussions, co-developing joint roadmaps, and serving as the product representative for Homebase.
Translate partner and franchise needs into tangible product results by crafting precise problem definitions and actionable solutions.
