Your Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to three-year strategic category plans: Analyze past performance, identify key business drivers by region, and outline retail opportunities and challenges.
Lead research and insights initiatives: Facilitate focus groups and wear testing sessions, providing comprehensive analysis to your teams while conducting ongoing consumer and competitor research.
Draft seasonal and innovation product briefs: Establish new product positioning, pricing strategies, product and packaging attributes, consumer profiles, competitor assessments, regional significance, brand alignment, and margin objectives.
Act as the advocate for your categories: Develop and present broadcasting materials, and represent your product range to both internal sales teams and external clients.
Oversee product assortment forecasting: Execute 24-month forecasts at the category, style, and color level tailored to regions and key customer bases. Ensure cross-functional alignment with Finance, Sales, and Operations Planning teams.
Manage product data, tools, and samples: Maintain all product data in internal (FlexPLM) and external (MMX) databases, including line lists, VLPs, and sample communications.
Lead marketing and trade presentation efforts for your categories: Formulate a marketing strategy that optimizes sell-through through effective merchandising, packaging, catalogs, and in-store displays.
Adhere to product calendar timelines for timely completion of all major milestones.
Maintain ongoing communication with your cross-functional team, including Design, Development, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
Provide consistent, accurate reporting to foster incremental sales and business growth.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally: Approximately 10-15% of the time.

What You Bring to the Table:
