Role Overview
Lumana seeks a dynamic and results-oriented founding Product Manager to spearhead product leadership in Israel, collaborating closely with our R&D team. This position is crucial for bridging the gap between our product strategy and engineering execution, ensuring that our developments align closely with customer needs, market opportunities, and our company's vision.
Currently, product ownership is widely distributed and primarily led by founders. This role will take substantial responsibility for product definition, prioritization, and delivery across various product domains, lightening the executive burden while enhancing product velocity and quality.
