Join Our Team as a Product Management System Architect
At 42dot, we are on the hunt for a talented Product Management System Architect to lead the design of complex integrated systems that seamlessly bridge hardware and software within the realm of Software Defined Vehicles (SDV). You will play a pivotal role in structuring and managing data flows from product planning to mass production, ensuring data integrity and traceability to maximize our development speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end integrated architecture that connects PLM, ERP, MES, and SCM systems based on eBOM/mBOM structures and data modeling.
- Enhance engineering processes by designing workflows for product development and change management (ECM/ECR/ECN) to boost R&D efficiency.
- Implement and customize PLM solutions (such as 3DEXPERIENCE and Teamcenter) to meet evolving business needs.
- Establish data governance frameworks through Master Data Management (MDM) and Part Classification systems to ensure data accuracy and currency.
- Architect integration mechanisms with ECAD/EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Altium) to facilitate comprehensive design data management.
- Optimize system performance, ensuring robust service stability with regular updates and patches.
Qualifications:
- 7 to 12 years of professional experience in PLM system design and operations.
- Proven expertise in one or more key PLM solutions (Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras).
- Strong data capabilities with a deep understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and SQL-based data analysis.
- Practical knowledge of product structure (BOM), change management, and configuration management processes in manufacturing or R&D settings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve data conflicts across complex systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating PLM with other enterprise systems like ERP/MES/SCM and executing data migration projects.
- Background in data modeling and integration with electrical/electronic design tools (including eBOM-mBOM systems).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience in Agile methodology and managing change processes in large organizations.
- Previous work in industries with complex manufacturing processes such as automotive, mobility, or electronics.
Interview Process:
