In this pivotal position, you will lead the strategy and evolution of our Real-time Risk solutions, developing tools that instantly identify financial crime risks, enabling our clients to respond to threats as they arise. You'll gain deep insights into our technology, the blockchain analytics and forensics landscape, and work closely with our esteemed clients, including leading figures in the crypto sector, financial institutions, and government bodies. Your knack for recognizing and predicting market demands will be vital in facilitating innovative ideas, design, and development of high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement scalable, real-time solutions that identify compliance risks and alert clients when activities exceed their established risk thresholds, utilizing Elliptic’s top-tier risk screening features.
Work in close collaboration with Engineering and Design teams to deconstruct complex analytical challenges, prioritize technical decisions, and deliver scalable solutions that fulfill customer requirements.
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all Elliptic products, datasets, the blockchain analytics ecosystem, and our clientele to serve as a representative for both internal and external stakeholders.
Engage with customers and prospective clients to grasp their goals, challenges, and potential opportunities.
Develop and manage a product roadmap while becoming Elliptic's subject matter expert in the Real-time Risk domain.
Collaborate with Marketing to strategize go-to-market initiatives and assist Sales and Customer teams during key engagements.
Assess product performance and client feedback after launch, using analytics and insights to continually enhance features, increase user value, and drive product iterations.
