Role Responsibilities
Take ownership of outcomes within a specified product sub-area, driving measurable enhancements over multiple quarters.
Plan and execute initiatives from inception to delivery, managing scope, sequencing, and quality trade-offs to ensure timely launches.
Independently define issues and propose viable solutions by synthesizing data, research, stakeholder input, and technical limitations.
Craft clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product specifications that consider edge cases, integrations, and engineering constraints.
Analyze merchant feedback, support tickets, product data, and competitive activity to inform roadmap decisions.
Oversee launch readiness, establish success metrics, and facilitate rapid post-launch iterations based on usage and feedback.
Influence prioritization and resource allocation through structured communication, clear rationale, and empirical evidence.
Represent your product area in discussions with customers and stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated product judgment and strategic thinking, with a proven history of achieving sustained outcomes in a defined product area.
