About the job
About Rebar
At Rebar, we are pioneering the development of an AI operating system tailored for the commercial HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing sectors. Our innovative quoting platform has successfully processed tens of thousands of projects across North America within the last year, contributing to a remarkable doubling of our revenue in just the first six weeks of this year. We proudly serve many of the industry's leading firms, some of which are managing billion-dollar construction projects using outdated workflows that feel like they belong in the past.
With construction representing 10% of GDP and remaining significantly underserved by technology, we are on a mission to transform the landscape.
Following a successful $14M Series A funding round from prominent construction tech investors, we are poised to enter our next growth phase. Our focus is on building a suite of AI-native products that will revolutionize industry operations.
We are in search of a forward-thinking Product Manager eager to create impactful products, accelerate innovation, and take early ownership in their work. You will play a crucial role in shaping how AI transforms one of the world's largest industries.

You will engage with users, gaining insights into their operations and ensuring we remain focused on solving the most critical challenges.
This role is hands-on and requires a high level of ownership, making it ideal for someone who is eager to learn rapidly, take initiative, and contribute to building something meaningful from the ground up.
You will:

- Identify and prioritize significant problems to address.

- Assist in developing and refining our product planning and shipping processes.
- Work in partnership with engineering and design teams to iterate quickly and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support alignment between customer and internal feedback.
