HEMERIA is on the lookout for a talented Product Manager / Bid Manager (F/H) to join our dynamic team in a permanent contract position. This role is integral to our Land & Sea division located in Angoulême.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market trend analyses and assess the needs of target clients within the relevant division.
Identify and substantiate new offering opportunities, or suggest improvements to existing offerings.
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap, detailing the content and evolution of our offerings.
Establish a pricing strategy informed by competitive analysis and internal cost assessments.
Ensure alignment between technical solutions created by engineering and market expectations.
Your Profile:
10 years of professional experience.
Proven project management skills along with technical expertise in optics/optronics.
Extensive experience in preparing bids and tenders.
Fluent in English.
