Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager - Decision to be part of our Consumer Product team. The Decision team focuses on enhancing the CarGurus marketplace experience by assisting shoppers in making informed vehicle choices and confidently connecting with dealers.
In this role, you will optimize the complete shopper journey from the initial listing or marketing entry point to lead submission, collaborating closely with various stakeholders including Marketing, Brand, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Attribution. Your contributions will be pivotal in evolving existing user experiences and developing new features aimed at increasing conversion rates and enhancing decision-making confidence, while also driving future growth through innovative solutions like GenAI-powered decision support.
This position is perfect for a product manager with a growth mindset who excels at the intersection of product development, marketing, and experimental methodologies, and who enjoys managing high-visibility, high-impact projects with defined success metrics.
