About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to lead the AI models that drive all of Heidi's functionalities. We seek someone who believes that platform teams exist to accelerate the efforts of product teams.
In this role, you will manage Heidi's models platform, which includes evaluation pipelines, fine-tuning infrastructure, model routing, and safety systems. These models are utilized weekly in clinical settings by hundreds of thousands of clinicians across 116 countries. You will collaborate with engineers and researchers, partner with product PMs and clinical safety teams, and stay in close touch with product teams to anticipate their needs proactively.
You will report directly to Product leadership. As a platform role, every user-facing product at Heidi depends on your team’s contributions.
This position is available in either our Sydney or Melbourne office.
