Position Summary
We are in search of a skilled Product Marketing Manager who excels at distilling intricate technical capabilities into engaging and persuasive narratives that resonate with defense and government sectors. You will be responsible for leading the product marketing strategy, effectively positioning and communicating our platforms and autonomy stack to key customers and stakeholders.
This role is ideally suited for a proactive individual who thrives in dynamic settings where both technology and mission objectives are ambitious.
Core Responsibilities
Establish and drive product positioning, messaging frameworks, and winning themes across Saronic’s array of autonomous surface vessels and software solutions.
Lead and execute marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing audience comprehension of Saronic’s primary capabilities.
Collaborate with growth teams to curate a comprehensive library of product marketing materials including presentation decks, slick sheets, capability briefs, and other essential documentation.
Engage closely with the product team to gain in-depth insights into platform capabilities, roadmap priorities, and technical differentiators, translating these into compelling customer value propositions.
Work alongside growth and business development teams to ensure that marketing materials effectively support capture efforts, proposals, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the creative team to brief and generate high-quality visual assets, graphics, and multimedia content that bolster product marketing initiatives.
Oversee and contribute to product-related web content, ensuring messaging is coherent, updated, and tailored for target audiences.
Assist in defining key content themes and overall strategy for trade shows and events to enhance Saronic’s market presence.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of product marketing efforts, iterating strategies based on customer insights and market feedback.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience, ideally within defense, aerospace, or other highly technical arenas.
Demonstrated proficiency in translating technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
