OneCrew is making its first marketing leadership hire. The Product Marketing Manager - Marketing Lead will define and own market positioning, working directly with product, sales, and executive teams to translate strategy into business results. This role is central to how OneCrew presents its value and achieves revenue goals, not a support function, but a strategic partner in go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning and Messaging: Lead positioning for three core segments: scaling paving operations, mid-market commercial paving, and PE-backed roll-ups or enterprise. Update messaging frameworks, value propositions, and sales narratives to clarify OneCrew’s competitive edge for both the market and internal teams.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles. Prioritize segments for revenue efficiency. Develop campaign strategies across outbound, inbound, partnerships, and events, ensuring consistent messaging at every buyer touchpoint. While agencies and tools may support execution, strategy and results remain your responsibility.
  • Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling materials, competitive positioning resources, ROI models, demo narratives, and email sequences. Work closely with Glenn and the Account Executive team, join calls, identify deal blockers, and address them by improving messaging, positioning, or process.
  • Product Launches: Manage end-to-end launches for new features, from shaping the story to introducing them in the market.

Collaboration

Expect close collaboration with product, sales, and executive leadership. This role partners with the Account Executive team to spot and remove roadblocks in the sales process, ensuring messaging and positioning drive real business impact.
