Role overview

This newly created Product Operations Manager position sits within the Product department and acts as the operational backbone for product initiatives. The role partners closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, aiming to streamline processes and build efficient systems so Product Managers can focus on their core responsibilities. Effective use of AI is central to this role.

What you will do

  • Lead the operational framework: Oversee roadmap management, coordinate releases, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Success.
  • Support Product Managers: Handle tasks such as organizing user research logistics, compiling competitive analyses, structuring feedback, preparing for launches, and managing documentation.
  • Create and manage systems of record: Build and maintain PRD templates, decision logs, OKR tracking, and product analytics dashboards.
  • Manage feedback loops: Collect and synthesize insights from customers, sales, and support to help prioritize product work.
  • Automate internal processes: Implement and maintain automations or scripts to connect tools like Linear, Youtrack, Slack, Notion, and Gmail for smoother workflows.
  • Develop internal AI tools: Design and manage AI assistants for tasks such as PRD drafting, feedback processing, and competitive analysis, including custom GPTs, Claude Projects, and agent workflows.
  • Use AI for analysis and reporting: Apply AI to accelerate and improve insights from product data, customer feedback, and market research.
  • Oversee AI-driven knowledge management: Build and maintain accessible, reliable documentation systems for the team.
  • Identify and implement new AI tools: Stay up to date with industry trends, evaluate new tools, and introduce relevant solutions to the team.
