CI&T is searching for a mid-level Product Owner (Pleno) to join the team in Brazil. This position plays a key part in shaping digital products that reflect customer needs and support business objectives. Candidates living in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas must work onsite at the Campinas office, following current attendance policies.
Role overview
The Product Owner (Pleno) acts as the main point of contact between customers, stakeholders, and development teams. The focus is on translating customer requirements into clear features and user stories, ensuring products deliver real value and align with CI&T’s strategy.
Main responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product roadmap to support company vision and goals.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, converting them into epics and user stories that meet Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and support accurate implementation.
- Manage the product backlog, ranking user stories by value, risk, and customer impact.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct user testing to confirm new features meet expectations and maintain product quality.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and sharing product information.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive ongoing improvements.
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices in product management.
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure user needs are addressed and features are delivered as planned.
