Artificial Intelligence is a core aspect of our operations.Note: If you reside in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, in-person attendance at our Campinas office will be required, following our current attendance policy.We are in search of a skilled Systems Architect to spearhead and ensure technical excellence across complex projects by designing, validating, and governing highly effective architectural solutions. You will serve as a technical leader, mentor, and driver of innovation, aligning best engineering practices with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Design and validate comprehensive, end-to-end system architectures for various projects.- Transform business challenges into effective technical solutions utilizing industry best practices.- Ensure compliance with software engineering standards, architectural guidelines, and quality metrics.- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and training to fellow architects and engineering teams.- Collaborate with development, operations, and project management to guarantee solution integration and delivery efficiency.- Identify architectural and technical risks, proactively establishing mitigation strategies.- Conduct technical and architectural reviews to ensure compliance and scalability.- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and offer architectural insights.- Foster a culture of innovation and consistently assess emerging technologies and industry trends.- Encourage knowledge sharing, documentation, and the dissemination of best practices.- Implement and enhance automation and AI-driven solutions to optimize delivery and operations.- Support continuous delivery pipelines and integration strategies in line with organizational standards.Required Skills & Expertise:- Expertise in systems and enterprise architecture design.- Proficient in software engineering best practices and design patterns.- Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.- Risk analysis and solution governance experience.- Client relationship management and negotiation skills.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).- Proficient in databases: SQL and NoSQL.- Knowledge of integration architectures (APIs, microservices).- Experience with CI/CD and automation strategies.- Advanced English proficiency (above B2).Must Have:- Backend development experience: Java, Spring Boot.- Frontend development experience: Angular.- Strong knowledge of AWS resources (DynamoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ).- Proficient in NoSQL tools, SQL, and relational databases.- Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ.Nice to Have:- Familiarity with AWS SAM or CDK stack, AWS Lambda, etc.
