Efficiently load components into automated welding cells to ensure seamless production operations.
Upon completion of training, perform manual welding tasks including spot and repair welding as required.
Conduct thorough inspections of parts to guarantee quality standards are met.
Identify and report any defective materials to supervisory personnel promptly.
Implement machine operation and safety checks at designated intervals to maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area following SCORE principles (Safety, Cleanliness, Organization, Responsiveness, and Efficiency).
Execute additional responsibilities as assigned to support ongoing production needs. A positive, constructive attitude is essential, along with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
