Join our dynamic team at LEONI as a Production Inspector! In this role, you will be vital in ensuring the highest quality standards within our assembly area. Your responsibilities will include executing specific tasks, performing checks as outlined in the Quality Control Plan, and meticulously recording necessary data. You will identify non-conforming products using our 'red card' process and manage control charts effectively.
Key duties involve providing feedback on non-conformities discovered during assembly operations, overseeing 5S and housekeeping practices, and assessing operator qualifications in accordance with our skills matrix. You will ensure compliance with our 'OK to Start' procedure at the beginning of every shift and validate the error-proofing measures in place.
Additionally, you will confirm that all assembly aid tools are in proper condition and that the packing process adheres to our work instructions. You will also monitor in-line and off-line reworks, ensuring they are conducted by qualified personnel following established procedures. Regular audits of the final harness inspection will also be part of your responsibilities.
