To be successful in this role, you should possess:Proven experience in managing a technical production team, including responsibilities for hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional growth. Strong partnership skills to collaborate with Delivery Managers, ensuring optimal allocation of production resources based on project demands and team capabilities. Ability to monitor team workload and utilization, proactively identifying and addressing capacity challenges. Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated through regular one-on-one meetings and team discussions to maintain alignment and promote career development. Experience working with QA, GIS, and Training teams to guarantee project readiness and seamless transitions across functions. Adept at resolving complex issues that may arise beyond the scope of the production team, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely solutions. Competence in reviewing and approving project setups, including Project Asset Definitions and configurations within our proprietary software solutions. Commitment to maintaining and enforcing high delivery standards, actively identifying patterns in quality concerns and driving corrective measures. Support for Training initiatives by ensuring all production team members have a comprehensive understanding of project scopes and client needs before commencing work. A strong focus on continuous improvement of delivery processes, documentation, and tools in collaboration with Delivery Managers and the Operations leadership team. Ability to act as a liaison between production and functional teams (such as QA, GIS, Training, Product) to facilitate effective communication and swift resolution of challenges. Participation in project planning discussions to provide staffing insights and readiness perspectives.
