JOB SUMMARY:
At Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City, we are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events that create unforgettable experiences for our guests. This pivotal role encompasses overseeing all facets of event production, including logistics, technical specifications, budgeting, and team management. The Production Manager will ensure flawless event execution while upholding our high-quality standards and aligning with the park’s strategic goals. Effective collaboration with both internal and external partners is key to delivering innovative and memorable productions that strengthen our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Direct the complete production cycle for events, from pre-production to on-site implementation and post-event analysis.
▪ Guarantee that all events adhere to the park’s branding standards, objectives, and guest experience benchmarks.
▪ Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and conduct regular updates to ensure adherence to project timelines and enhance team efficiency.
▪ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Corporate Alliances, to synchronize event production with wider park initiatives.
▪ Create and manage event production budgets, ensuring financial prudence without sacrificing quality.
▪ Oversee expenditures, monitor financial performance, and communicate budget discrepancies to senior management.
▪ Identify, select, and maintain relationships with external vendors, including AV specialists, stage designers, and equipment providers.
▪ Ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality expectations.
▪ Serve as the primary liaison for production partners during event execution.
▪ Introduce innovative production techniques to elevate the park’s events and guest experiences.
▪ Conduct regular quality assurance checks to confirm that all aspects of event production exceed standards.
▪ Stay informed about industry trends and integrate new technologies into the production workflow.
▪ Ensure all productions comply with safety regulations, collaborating with the Safety and Operations teams.
▪ Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential production challenges.
▪ Perform post-event assessments to collect feedback and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
▪ Prepare comprehensive reports on production outcomes, budget compliance, and guest satisfaction metrics.
▪ Utilize insights to refine processes and boost future productions.
