Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking enthusiastic operators who thrive in a dynamic work setting. As an operator with us, you will play an essential role in a team focused on ongoing improvement, prioritizing safety, quality, and timely delivery.
- We need individuals who are flexible and can work across the entire production process. This position operates on a three-shift schedule (day, evening, and night) with 7.5-hour workdays.
- Production and Operations: Operate machinery and perform various tasks such as printing, cutting, and packaging.
- Preparation and Finalization: Prepare materials before production, as well as finalize and prepare labels for customer delivery.
- Maintenance: Ensure daily operations, cleaning of equipment, and basic maintenance of the machinery.
- Health, Safety, and Quality: Take safety seriously and adhere to Avery Dennison's health and safety guidelines. Actively work to identify factors affecting quality and contribute to finding effective solutions.
- Improvement Initiatives: Proactively seek continuous improvement to enhance flexibility, efficiency, and delivery capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across shifts and with the technical department to ensure smooth production flow.
