The Manufacturing Production team plays a vital role in our operations, overseeing essential activities that facilitate the manufacturing process. This includes operating machinery, assembling products, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring a safe and productive working environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Production Scheduler to join our manufacturing team at Anduril. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing the movement of products throughout the production pipeline. As a Production Scheduler, you will provide tactical scheduling insights and strategic long-term planning support to our production teams. If you are a driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, then this position is tailored for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver tactical scheduling and strategic long-range planning expertise to our production teams.
  • Coordinate, review, and create an integrated master schedule based on inputs from business and planning.
  • Collaborate with planning teams to ensure MRP aligns with production needs.
  • Utilize Foundry and other applications to accurately schedule work, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Prepare daily work schedules, monitor work progress, update project critical path schedules, and inform leadership of necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct schedule baseline change control, track performance, and perform critical path and variance analysis as needed.
  • Ensure production requirements are effectively scheduled to maintain an efficient production process.
  • Schedule production, operations planning, and engineering support to optimize workflow.
