REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries) performing mechanical or electrical assembly. Proficient with common hand tools and power tools, including pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, multimeters, and specialized testing equipment. Competent computer skills, including standard browsers and word processing applications. Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions. Able to adapt quickly to changing roles and responsibilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for component assembly.
  • Integrate various subsystems or components into a larger, functional system.
  • Ensure compatibility and effective communication between integrated components.
  • Maintain meticulous records of assembly processes, testing results, and any encountered issues.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and workplace procedures.
  • Possibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
