About the Role:
We are in search of a detail-oriented Appointment Setter who will bolster our international sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to potential leads, qualifying prospects, and arranging calls or demonstrations for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make calls and send emails to potential clients in the US and AUS to set appointments.
2. Conduct follow-ups on leads from marketing initiatives and referrals.
3. Keep an organized calendar of scheduled calls or demos.
4. Accurately document all communications within the CRM system.
5. Achieve daily and weekly targets for appointment setting.
6. Screen and evaluate leads for relevant competencies and technical skills.
7. Maintain and update a prospecting database or CRM, ensuring all details are accurate.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an appointment setter with international clients.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
