About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic Professional Education Program Manager to spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative educational programs tailored for healthcare professionals. This pivotal position encompasses the oversight of both live and virtual educational initiatives, including significant conferences and continuous learning opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in extending PHA's outreach while ensuring the provision of high-quality educational experiences for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
This role reports directly to the Director of Professional Education and collaborates cross-functionally with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of professional education programs, encompassing both live and virtual formats.
  • Curate and develop continuing education content for healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee accreditation processes for continuing medical education (CME) programs.
  • Coordinate the selection of speakers, as well as the abstract submission and review processes.
  • Facilitate the management of volunteer committees and professional stakeholders.
  • Administer and maintain the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on program performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to enhance program visibility and increase participant engagement.
  • Support documentation and compliance requirements concerning accreditation.
  • Engage with vendors, consultants, and external partners as needed.
  • Represent PHA at industry events and professional meetings.
