Roles and ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, upgrade, and deploy NICE products and platforms at customer locations. Apply hotfixes, service packs, and other product updates in accordance with NICE best practices. Engage in commissioning, testing, and certification activities throughout project execution. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to installation, configuration, or upgrade processes. Draft implementation and upgrade plans, outlining pre-check and post-check procedures, and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. Work directly with client system engineers to support NICE infrastructure across global sites. Maintain comprehensive site documentation, system specifications, and configuration records. Execute MAC (Move/Add/Change) activities and conduct system maintenance as required. Assist with NICE-related projects and change management initiatives. Create, track, and resolve cases based on severity and SLA requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and third-party representatives for integrated solutions. Provide technical guidance to customer administrators on configuration, administration, and user management. Manage customer relationships and expectations through clear, proactive communication. Participate in training programs, knowledge sharing, and special projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
