Smartsheet is looking for a Services Operations Analyst to take ownership of specific aspects of Professional Services Operations while assisting with broader initiatives guided by senior team members. This position operates with a moderate level of autonomy, manages intricate operational tasks, and acts as a primary resource for standard to semi-complex inquiries, while directing highly complex or unconventional issues to the Sr. Services Operations Analyst or Manager.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Services Operations (US). This role is open for remote work within Costa Rica. Candidates must be residents of Costa Rica.
