Key ResponsibilitiesABM Program Operations & GovernanceOversee the ABM operating system, including workstreams, documentation, templates, and status reporting to guarantee consistent implementation across diverse vehicle teams. Define and maintain clear roles and responsibilities among stakeholders (strategy, analytics, creative, media/platform, web/experience, CRM, account leads). Establish and manage regular meeting schedules for ABM oversight, channel workstreams, cross-functional weekly reviews, and performance evaluations. Integrated Timeline & Delivery Management (Cross-Channel)Develop and sustain the master integrated ABM plan through its various phases.

Position Overview

The Program Director for Audience Based Marketing (ABM) will spearhead the daily management of Ford's ABM operating model across various vehicles and campaigns. This pivotal role ensures the seamless flow of the ABM process, from audience discovery through activation and ongoing optimization, culminating in comprehensive performance evaluations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in media, creative, strategy, analytics, user experience, and CRM is essential.

ABM is an audience-centric, always-on strategy that leverages targeted audience briefs, tailored creative messaging, and continuous learning to deliver measurable business results. The Program Director will serve as the operational linchpin, ensuring that timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are meticulously managed across channels such as Digital OLA/Display, Paid Social, Digital Video, Ford.com experiences, and CRM.
