About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Lead to spearhead content creation and management for various initiatives tied to Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW). This role encompasses key events such as the ADSW Summit, the Green Hydrogen Summit, as well as supporting programming elements including Roundtables and Web series.

The Program Lead will collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team at ADSW (Masdar) and external service providers, ensuring that all content-related objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify impactful content areas aligned with ADSW's thematic focus.
  • Develop session content that reflects ADSW's strategic vision and branding.
  • Oversee the management and contracting processes for the Summit in accordance with established policies and business requirements.
  • Curate a list of potential speakers that align with the objectives of ADSW.
  • Collaborate with the appointed Content Partner on all Summit-related matters as specified in the contract.
  • Coordinate with Marketing & Events teams to ensure successful Summit execution.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during the Summit to the Content Partner.
  • Act as the primary liaison at Masdar for all speakers and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and ensuring objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan for the Summit in partnership with the ADSW Communications team.
  • Work with third-party marketing teams to create a robust marketing strategy.
  • Design and execute programs for ADSW and associated events, ensuring that all targets are met within set standards.
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver events according to planned objectives, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Draft invitations for various stakeholder categories, maintaining alignment with event standards and objectives.
  • Create invitation lists for Heads of State and Celebrities following established protocols.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Operations to ensure the invitation process aligns with policies and timelines.
  • Manage the development and approval process for committee lists, collaborating with ADSW Marketing for logistical arrangements.
  • Develop agendas for committees to ensure comprehensive coverage of topics and optimized time usage.
  • Oversee the invitation and RSVP processes, ensuring timely communication with all members.
  • Build and sustain a professional network to support daily operations and long-term goals of the team.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate knowledge transfer and service completion as per agreed parameters.
