Overview
We are on the lookout for a Manager of Program Management to lead and cultivate a globally distributed team of Program and Project Managers within PagerDuty's Professional Services organization. This role emphasizes people leadership, focusing on enhancing team capabilities, ensuring consistent delivery, and achieving measurable customer outcomes on a large scale. The Manager of Program Management collaborates closely with Professional Services leadership, Customer Success, Sales, and various operational teams to guarantee that the PM team is well-equipped, optimally deployed, and consistently delivering exceptional results throughout the customer lifecycle.
