Who You Are
We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our Customer Success Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will enhance a critical area of our business by analyzing root causes and implementing strategic solutions. You will manage a roadmap of initiatives and collaborate with others to achieve optimal outcomes. You possess a strong background in managing the customer lifecycle, focusing on early-stage activation and long-term retention in a high-volume SMB environment. Your expertise lies in creating and executing streamlined processes and workflows, particularly utilizing AI and Salesforce (SFDC) automation. You excel in dynamic environments, balancing big-picture vision with meticulous execution, and possess exceptional prioritization skills that ensure we focus on high-impact opportunities. Above all, you are passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and committed to achieving ambitious goals in the realm of Early Childhood Education.
What You’ll Do
Roadmap Ownership: Take charge of the strategic roadmap for customer activation and retention, identifying friction points in the customer journey and implementing scalable automated solutions for improved outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align initiatives and drive impactful results.
