Join RESPEC as a Program Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting a significant healthcare transformation initiative for a federal partner. This position entails overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and management of intricate health-related pilot programs aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, fostering policy innovation, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating various workstreams, engaging with a diverse array of stakeholders from both governmental and healthcare sectors, and producing high-level reports for executive leadership and congressional audiences. This role demands a robust program management skill set, a deep understanding of policy dynamics, and exceptional communication and analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
- Steer the planning, initiation, management, and conclusion of multi-phase federal healthcare programs.
- Craft and uphold project documentation, including the Project Management Plan (PMP), timelines, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
- Guarantee adherence to federal standards, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
Pilot Development and Execution
- Guide the rollout of multiple pilot programs within clinical domains; establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data monitoring frameworks.
- Supervise site onboarding, readiness evaluations, and knowledge transfer mechanisms to support program scaling.
Reporting and Communications
- Generate and present progress reports, performance dashboards, and executive materials for senior leadership and congressional scrutiny.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all mandated reports and deliverables.
- Assist in the development of strategic communications, policy briefs, and stakeholder updates to facilitate informed decision-making.
Data and Performance Oversight
- Lead efforts in data collection, integration, and analysis to assess program outcomes.
- Create and maintain dynamic dashboards to monitor metrics like cost efficiency, accessibility, and quality of care.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary coordinator among program offices, technical teams, clinicians, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, ensure consensus, and sustain communication across government, healthcare, and policy teams.
