Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe or equivalent) practices. Identify and remove impediments while effectively managing cross-team dependencies. Promote continuous improvement and optimize delivery flow. Oversee integrated delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions. Track and report on delivery progress, forecasts, and financial metrics. Lead release readiness, change management, and governance checkpoints. Ensure delivery adheres to enterprise standards and controls. Prepare and present outcome-focused delivery updates to executive leadership, translating complex delivery data into clear, actionable insights. Proactively escalate risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. Ideal Candidate Profile:Minimum of 7+ years in Agile at scale delivery, with experience as an RTE or Scrum Master. Proven track record in project management with strong leadership skills. Fluency in both English and French is essential.
