Responsibilities:
Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives across General and Administrative (G&A) departments, such as Legal, People Operations, Finance, and IT. Establish and manage governance protocols, including cadence, decision-making processes, and risk management. Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including charters, success metrics, plans, RAID logs, and status dashboards. Drive process improvements and operational initiatives that leverage AI to enhance outcomes for Box. Translate complex updates into clear narratives and visuals for executive reviews.
