Key Responsibilities:Plan, design, and monitor the programme, providing weekly progress reports and implementing corrective actions where necessary. Must-Have Qualifications:Fluency in spoken and written English. Extensive experience in Agile methodologies. Proven track record as a Programme Manager or in a similar managerial role. Deep understanding of project/programme management techniques and methodologies. Strong knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles. Familiarity with program/project management software like Jira and MS Project is a significant advantage. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Willingness to travel frequently within the UK and work out of London. Outstanding communication skills.
