Our close collaboration with Transaction Services enhances our capabilities in Real Estate M&A assignments, offering financial and tax due diligence, tax structuring, and transactional support. You will assist in transactional work and coordinate tax structuring and due diligence assignments related to client M&A activities, collaborating with specialized teams. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, leveraging their skills to execute projects and facilitate their professional growth through effective delegation and coaching.
