Experience with live content is advantageous. Technical Skills Basic understanding of broadcast workflows (Playout, Ingest, MCR). Experience with scheduling or playout systems (Media+, Proteus, VIPE, Aleph, or similar). Familiarity with EPG and playlist management. Understanding of live transmission environments. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Behavioral Skills Strong attention to detail. Able to thrive in fast-paced environments. Excellent organizational skills. Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Language Requirements Fluent in English (mandatory).

The role involves close collaboration with the Coordinator to keep programming accurate in playout systems and to support seamless live event operations.

Main Responsibilities

Set up and manage programming schedules within playout and scheduling systems.
Update playlists, programming elements, and handle schedule changes using tools such as Proteus or VIPE.
Support ingest workflows for both live signals and recorded content.
Monitor live broadcasts and make real-time adjustments as events unfold.
Integrate programming elements like matches, replays, promotions, and sponsorship materials correctly.
Check EPG data and playlist accuracy.
Help reconcile planned schedules with As-Run logs.
Work with Programming, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in troubleshooting operational issues related to playout, ingest, or scheduling.
Keep operational records and documentation organized.
