The Geos Team within the CBO ensures local relevance by effectively addressing the needs of our hosts and guests, facilitating growth strategies across various markets.
As we continue to expand, we seek talented individuals to make strategic business decisions. We are currently hiring a Business Operations Lead for our Canada Business Operations team.
Your Impact:
Collaborating with cross-functional leaders, you will play a pivotal role in scaling community growth and optimizing our programs. This position reports directly to the Country Manager for Canada.
A Day in Your Role:
- Coordinate efforts across all functions to meet objectives set forth by the Country Manager.
- Facilitate regular business operations meetings, fostering productive discussions and leading weekly cross-functional team meetings to ensure initiatives are progressing in Canada.
- Conduct thorough analyses of macro and micro trends, presenting insights and actionable strategies to Airbnb's country and regional leadership.
