Main Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor project budget forecasts, track actuals, and analyze variances
Monitor project spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets
Review and approve invoices, ensuring suppliers and contractors are paid on time
Produce monthly financial reports on project performance for management review
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Work closely with project managers on cost control and financial planning
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
Perform reconciliations of project accounts
Support the senior finance team with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis
Maintain thorough documentation to support audit requirements
